November 30, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Event Navigation

For new MFC members, it is compulsory to attend a Safety Induction prior to participating in Coaching, Training, or Social Dives – regardless of existing skill level.
The Safety induction provides you with the skills and knowledge to act as a buddy with your training partners in the pool.
At this session you’ll learn about the impacts of pushing too far and why it’s better to know and train within your limits. You’ll learn and practice safety and rescue techniques, including the buddy system, safety protocol and rescues. These are important for your safety, your buddy and other pool users.
